1931 Studebaker Commander Coupe Victoria

It was in storage for 56 years, very original, only 1 spot of rot just above gas cap (see pictures) it is very small area, car is very straight, engine is apart does not run , has a lot of extra parts to go with it, car is very very solid would be a good candidate for a original restoration, or would make a great Hotrod. any questions please reach out Thanks.
