1961 Chrysler 300G Cross Ram

We have a 300 G with original Mardi Gras paint. The previous owner (a 300 club member) had the engine and transmission rebuilt. The engine is the correct R41 HP engine. This is a very solid car from Kansas City, having only been driven until 1968, which is when the car needed work, and then the owner passed away, the family never drove it until selling it to the guy we got it from. The car still wears its 1968 embossed license plate and 1968 Kansas City windshield sticker. The title is open and signed. Factory a/c car, Solex glass. There are no holes in the rockers or floors, but there are some in the trunk pan. The engine has not yet been run or broken in. It is installed along with the transmission as the previous owner left it. We now have other projects to get to, but have put the following work into the car, to make it a better driver level survivor:Better chrome- we installed better tail light housings and lenses, better back up light housings, better front bumper and grille, headlight surrounds and other odds and ends chrome including air cleaners. Installed a new front rubber splash shield from Quirey when replacing the front bumper. Rebuilt the Electroluminescent power pack and fixed the Astradome gauges (all have been tested and work including the pointer illumination). Have brand new gas tank with sending unit and high quality racing electric fuel pump already installed in tank as a primary or secondary pump depending on someone’s preference. The tank is sitting in the trunk waiting to be installed. Has new factory correct RD Autoline dash pad, great condition. Car rolls easily. Previous owner included the Carter 2903 carbs, the painted ram intakes (which had repairs), correct exhaust manifolds, gas tank straps, driveshaft, correct radiator, a/c compressor, power steering pump, etc... It’s only original once!
